This is by far one of the best Chinese food places I've ever tried!!! Ever since Chinese food had changed over the years, it's hard to find a place that tastes like Chinese food we all had growing up, this place tastes like the food we grew up to love as a child!!! I will definitely travel again just for there amazing, mouth watering, tasty food an bring my family there, not just my wife an kids, but my other family from calgary just to eat the amazing food!!!
Keep up the good work Zhu's Ginger Beef!!! Please don't ever change the way you make the food!! I wish I could give a hundred star rating!!

Worst food we've ever had! We ordered for pickup. Combo Vermicelli was more like a salad, barely any meat, salt n pepper squid was so tough we couldn't eat it and had no flavor, and salt n pepper prawns were mushy. Never again!

Very good chinese/ Vietnamese food. Great value for what you get . My wife and I ordered dinner for 2 and an order of breaded deep fried prawns and squid also. Damn there's enough left over for us for atleast 2 more meals.

Felt ripped off. Ordered the extra large pho that costs 19.99... it was small. Like the small soup to go containers, didn't come with hoison, hot sauce or chilli!!! and the Bean sprouts were minimal but also premixed with the noodles. The meal for one use to come with beef for 14 now it doesn't and its 20! I read the menu on Google when I ordered and apparently it's not even close so go to the actual website 🙃 first and last time eating here

Amazing food oh my good golly, first time here and I'm so impressed! The serving sizes are spectacular and the quality is 10/10. Service is amazing and I would reccomend this place to ANYONE ✨️✨️

the good reviews are confusing, maybe they just have two chefs, ones great and one sucks? because my order looked like prison food and gave me the shits for two days. maybe its a take out VS in house thing.

Ordered takeout while visiting friends in Didsbury (Remembrance Day) . I honestly have no idea what that was that we ordered, but it wasn't good. We had chicken chow mein. It was OK. Oily though. Dry garlic spare ribs. It doesn't even register on the stars, so I'm giving it a high "WTF was that?" No salt. It was coated in a batter that was doughy and the meat, if you weren't biting into shards of bone, was really tough. That wasnt even close to dry garlic spare ribs. The one go to that can save a bad meal like this was the chicken fried rice but it was THE WORST rice I have ever had in my life. It didn't appear like fried rice and was goopy, yellow and had no resemblance to any fried rice I have ever eaten. It was gross. Last but not least, we had beef and broccoli. The broccoli was fine but the beef was awful. I had 1 bite and couldn't eat anymore. It was so dark in color, it reminded me of canned dog food I give my dog. We also ordered wonton soup, but it came in a small container and just by looking at it, I knew it wasn't going to be good. It was the broth that was a dark yellow. In my experience, I have never eaten wonton soup with broth that color. Hard nope for me! For all of us. No one ate it!

Presentation is important. 2 out of 5 stars for presentation. Selling food that resembles Chinese food, as advertised, is even less than 1 star. Zero if I could. The cost of the 4 dishes came out to just under $84. But I have to say that WAS NOT Chinese food. We wasted our money.

Don't waste your money here. This was not good in any way, shape or form. The food was straight up nasty. And I'm usually very generous with my reviews, but I have to be honest! Don't eat here. It's not good. Eating out is expensive, too, so seriously Maybe someone should open a place that sells good chinese food. Just go somewhere better than this place. Huge disappointment! .

Service was so friendly! Each dish was delicious and tasty! Would definitely recommend this restaurant if you're passing through Olds or camping nearby!
