Of all the places I looked at, this was the one that seemed ideal on all levels. With Jeff's help, we prepared the perfect Sweet Sixteen party for my daughter (she only found out on the day I gave her the invitations to give to her friends), and it was without a doubt the perfect party with the perfect decoration. Without a doubt, if I have an event again, it will be there!
There is no greater joy than seeing a daughter happy and excited, that's what
happened when my daughter walked in there.

De todos os lugares que visitei, este foi o que me pareceu ideal em todos os níveis. Com a ajuda do Jeff, preparamos a festa de 16 anos perfeita para minha filha (ela só descobriu no dia em que entreguei os convites para ela entregar às amigas), e foi, sem dúvida, a festa perfeita, com a decoração perfeita. Sem dúvida, se eu fizer um evento novamente, será lá!
Não há alegria maior do que ver uma filha feliz e animada, foi o que aconteceu quando minha filha entrou lá.

York Studios is a quaint, very clean, and polished event space perfect for intimate events and parties. The staff are friendly, understanding, and professional, willing to go above and beyond to provide services and answer all inquiries. With the advice of our co-ordinator, we were able to put together our babyshower in a very short amount of time, with good feedback from our guests. Over all; a very good expirence.

We had to rent this venue last minute for our wedding because our previous spot had sudden extensive plumbing issues. Jeff was amazingly accommodating, communicative, and made sure to go above and beyond to help us make our day special and exactly as we envisioned it. I strongly recommend this spot to anyone who wants to have a well done and affordable rental for events. They provided so much more than we expected.

Our baby shower was a success! Jeff was great, responsive and worked out a payment plan for us, though it was not expensive compared to other venues, which is really nice. The venue was well kept and had everything we needed. They have rules and policies in place so make sure you take the time to read everything so you can follow the rules and get your deposit back. All my guests really liked the atmosphere of the venue, its modern, clean with technology and other options you can choose for your special day. The room is large enough for 50-60 people if need be. I would use this venue again and recommend it to family and friends.

Making a deal with this gentleman was the worst decision we ever made, and if you can, please look for a more reliable place to host your parties. I found this venue for my baby shower and visited it twice. During one visit, we left a deposit in case of any damages, even though we had already paid for the rental of the space. The atmosphere seemed pleasant, and the person in charge, Jeff, was polite and showed us around the venue.

However, on the day of my baby shower, we faced a major issue. The place was supposed to be available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We arrived at 9:10 a.m., only to discover that Jeff had not release our door code access to open the door. My guests were scheduled to arrive at 11 a.m., and we were unable to get into the venue until noon when he finally answered the phone. My husband and I called multiple times, but there was no response. This experience caused unnecessary stress for me during my pregnancy and ultimately ruined my baby shower.

I spent the entire day before, despite being pregnant, organizing all the final details. To experience such frustration on the day of my event—a day I had eagerly anticipated for my first child—was heartbreaking. Since we couldn't access the venue or reach Jeff, we returned home. It was only when my husband called from his aunt's cellphone that Jeff finally answered, citing that he had simply forgotten to release the code on the door to open. This excuse felt insincere and gave me the impression that he is a bad character, a fraudster, and only cared about the money.

Eventually, we were able to return to the venue with all my hungry guests, who had traveled from far away. With everyone’s help, we hastily set everything up to make the most of the day. Although the owner did allow us to stay past 5 p.m., that didn’t erase the frustration of the day or the terrible memory it left for my family and me.

This incident occurred on May 25th, and I am still awaiting the refund of the deposit we left as a guarantee. Despite his poor treatment of us, we left the venue as clean as we found it. I had to take some time before sharing this experience, as it truly affected me during a delicate time in my pregnancy. If you're considering renting this venue for your events, I strongly advise you to seek a more dependable place that won't turn a special occasion into a complete disaster.

I'd like to thank Jeff, this place was amazing!! We had a baby shower of 50 people we definitely could've fit more. Don't let the pictures deceive you, it's a big place. The back drop and balloon Garland I did (first time by the way) was 10ft long!

Tuvimos una experiencia super incleible todo en un mismo lugar, Jeff fue super atento a cada detalle realmente la pasamos super bien en el cumpleaños de mi hijo. We spent some time looking for the right location to celebrate the surprise shower we were throwing for my son. YSES came with everything we needed!! Great central location for our guests, free parking and an AMAZING venue with great packaged service! If you know me, service/and attention to detail is important to me. I can not even begin to express my gratitude to Jeff (owner) for his phenomenal amounts of patience that he has shown during my multiple calls and texts, ensuring I would be all set for my event that we held at this/his amazing location! We threw an amazing SURPRISE Baby-shower at the YSES, which was just an amazing venue/choice. The built in sound & lighting.. The cleanliness of the entire/venue & washrooms with clear instructions of expectations, well… we will be back. Already, our attendees for the night are asking me about this perfect hidden venue, needless to say, I recommend this venue and rest assured we will be back!
