First of all she listened to our request. Did not go outside our price range or needs. Her honesty was really much appreciated on some of homes we wanted to see. Some of the houses we wanted to see have had water issuesin the past and wanted to made sure that we were aware of the fact. That alone built a trust relationship that went long way with us.
Very professional and such a honest sweet down to earth lady..

Erin is amazing realtor. Without her help, I couldn’t buy my second home in a very short time period. I knew Erin from the Facebook that she was selling my friend’s house, so I’ve already kept in mind that if I buy a home, I wanted to ask her to be my realtor. When we found the house we like, we contacted her right way, and she was able to show us the house on the same day. Also, when we looked house, she provided us detailed information, after conditions waived, she provided us detailed guideline for next steps.
