La personne en question a mentionné que le styliste, Angela, a fait un travail incroyable sur ses cheveux teintés pour la première fois de sa vie. Elle a été très patiente et a aidé la cliente à choisir le shampooing et le conditionnement appropriés pour la soins après la teinture. De plus, elle a été la personne qui a aidé à choisir le ton de teint pour éviter une transformation trop radicale. Le personnel était très sympa, selon la cliente.

I got my hair coloured for the first time ever this evening, and Angela did an amazing job at it, she’s really good at what she does and has been so friendly and warm and extremely patient with all my 1000 questions as a first time goer! Lisa helped me pick the right shampoo and conditioner for my after care and she was the one who in fact helped me pick the colour as well when I said that I do not want the change to be too drastic! Lovely staff 🙂

I went here for the first time last week, and Angela gave me one of the best long hair cuts I’ve ever had. She delivered exactly what I’ve been asking for from other stylists, but they could never get it quite right. Super thorough, very precise cut. Will definitely be back!

DO NOT GO HERE.
I'm giving a 1 star only because I can't give a 0.
I had my hair done by Wendy, I had gone in to have my hair highlighted. I was told $250 on the phone (twice) because I wanted to confirm so I brought $300 with me just to be safe. I had her chop off my old blonde bleached hair (which took all of 10 minutes) because she chopped it dry. After cutting the blonde off she had fresh virgin hair to work with, she highlighted my hair and tried to charge me $450 for a "colour correction" even though she didn't correct ANY colour.. she simply chopped it off and started with fresh hair. When questioned why I was being charged for a colour correction when she didn't "correct a colour" she simply highlighted virgin hair.... She told me it was because she used a lot of product... So it went from "I'm charging you a colour correction" to now saying she used a lot of product and that's why the price was going to be high. I can't argue that I have a lot of hair.. I do have a lot of hair and had she originally wanted to charge me more because she used a lot of product, I would have been shocked but understood as I do have a lot of hair and couldn't have argued that.. but when she tried charging me for a "colour correction" when there was in fact NO COLOUR corrected I was flabbergasted and quite frankly felt like I was being ripped off. A colour correction is when a colour is corrected. She didn't correct anything. She chopped my blonde tips off and started with fresh hair. Don't go here unless you want to be ripped off.

I have been going to Carrie at Xcentric for over 15 years. Even after we moved 4 years ago , I continue going back to Carrie because once you find that perfect hairstylist, you just can never let them go. There have been many times I put my trust in her with color and style and she never disappoints. I always receive compliments about my hair and the beautiful work Carrie does! Carrie is so talented. I always feel so comfortable with her. I tell her my image or how I’d like my hair and she runs with it. She also is very honest. If a colour won’t work she will be honest and explain to you the best and safest way to do it on your hair. I have been seeing her exclusively for almost 15 years. Her experience is unmatched. Highly recommend her!!

A huge shout-out to Angela!! I finally found a hairstylist that understands what style complements my face shape best. I was gonna go with my usual trim but I went with Angela's suggestions, and it turned out to be the best haircut I ever got. I love my haircut so much and received so many compliments! I'm definitely coming back to her the next time I need a haircut. If you're looking for a new hairdresser, Angela is the one!
