Victoria was was upfront with the timeline and milestones in the project, prompt with outputs and edits, and complete in her presentation.
The approach of dialogue near the beginning of the project but more email back and forth near the end worked well to help get me up to speed on how to proceed but then allowed a more flexible schedule to provide my input.
Most importantly, Victoria’s skill with words created copy that not only provided information, but also conveyed a real feeling or mood for the brand we worked to discover and present. It is refreshing to work with someone so capable in her field.

During our initial consultation call, I could tell that she truly cared about my story and the story of my business / brand.
