It’s a great family owned hotel, great service for so far north and limited competitors, they do not sacrifice anything. I had a large room with a kitchenette and slept comfortably. the hotel was quiet. Only down side is I stayed and it was -20 out and had to have the heat cranked, once it stopped it got cold very fast. I didn’t try the amenities or the breakfast.

The rooms were very modern, clean and cozy. Staff members were very helpful and courteous. The restaurant was so nice and convenient to our stay.
We were traveling from AK to TN so this was a great place to stay to rest.

Friendly staff, quiet rooms, great food and drink. After a long day on the Alcan, this was a much needed stay. They were able to extend our stay by a night as well to ride out some weather.

The staff was warm, welcoming and treated us with politeness and respect. They are the best feature of this hotel.

The room was not really very good with a small tv, stained linen and a sink that ought to have been replaced a long time ago. I cannot recommend it.

Lovely accommodation. Quick walk to Tim Horton's for dinner. The price was a bit steep, so driving south, we chose another spot. I liked the breakfast deal connected with the onsite restaurant, however, they need to get all of their wait to be seated signs sorted.

Right next to the highway easy to find. Great service and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and the walls are thick so it's quiet once you are in. Great place to stay

Average hotel. Customer service always goes a long way. Typically, most hotels offer a complimentary bottle of water for their customers when asked. The person at the front desk was going to charge me for it. I was taken back and said, really? He said yes with no common sense or courtesy. I had rented 3 rooms for my crew and a bottle of water was out of the question. This lack of customer service is poor. Besides this fact, it was a clean hotel and walking distance to a few amenities.
