Michael was great to deal with. Efficient use of time and knowledgeable in his trade. Explained the proper bulbs that are were meant for the Hampton Bay ceiling fans. One fan had a manufacturer defect (ticking noise). Michael swapped it for another of the same model and the issue was gone, no more ticking! Ceiling fans look awesome. Also, Lorraine was prompt with booking appointments. Thanks again!
