Extremely poor customer service!
Return/refund policy is not posted on website.
I purchased a series of glass fusing classes from Danielle St.Jean, a glass artist. I fell in love with glass fusing and bought my own kiln.
When I requested a refund for the classes I was told there was a no refund policy for classes. I could get a credit for other classes with the same artist. I could not exchange the class credits for a piece in the gallery due to the way their system is set up.
I don't want any further classes with Danielle.
So, I've paid $350 for classes that I don't need. I can't get my money back and I can't get a credit for something else
And, I've been removed from the classes I've paid for. I've asked for the supplies for the classes and have received no reply.
I've filed a complaint with the BBB.
Buyer beware of this gallery!

Nice small class to make a glass bowl. We have to pick up after 2 weeks. I am excited to see how mine turns out. (The photo is before firing.)

This is a lovely gallery showcasing a wide range of arts. The on-site artist that day was very helpful and informed us about her fellow artists, upcoming classes etc. Also most of the pricing was very reasonable. Worth a visit most definitely!

Attended a wonderful Zentangle workshop by Laurel Storey here. Venue is great with a variety of visual and 3-D art by local artists available for sale.
