Came in from Calgary to pick up an soundbar and sub. The gentleman that helped me was great. Showed me where to find what I was looking for and looked up the specs on the manufacturers site to confirm if I would need any additional cables to use it.

Store was clean, well organized and great service. Will be back for sure

Extremely happy with the great service here. Matt was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He helped us review many options for outfitting our basement with a new tv and sound system. He was very knowledgeable and helped me with a few technical issues along the way. We ended up having to return the first tv due to some manufacturer problems and Matt was able to get a replacement out in record time that is working great. The best seats in the house are now in the basement! Thanks Matt and team, we appreciate the help and wonderful customer service.

I went into this store looking for a specific headset that I need for my job. The headset I was looking for was on special reserve for boxing day doorcrashers. Spencer was amazing. He listened to why I needed it (I'm on call for Christmas Day and can't work without it) and sold me the headset when I explained the situation. He even gave me the discount for the doorcrasher and oh man I cannot tell you how much that help meant to me today... I had literally had the worst day and was on the verge of just breaking down in tears. Thank you so much for turning my day around with your kindness when it would have been totally understandable not to sell them to me today.
I have always had great service when I go to this location but this really helped save my Christmas and give me a much needed bright point in my day. Thank you again, if there were more people like you this world would be a much better place!

Really great people who genuinely have the patience and eagerness to help, and who also bring a welcoming environment to the store.

Reese (don’t know if I spelled it correctly) spent a solid half hour on the phone with me doing extensive research in order to figure out this niche problem with my TV. We weren’t able to figure out a solution. Hours later, after a night out, questioning the whole fabric of the universe as to why it wouldn’t let my new TV work, I had the bright idea of choosing “Cinema Mode” instead of “Filmmaker Mode” while watching a movie (because “filmmaker” and “cinema” are so different in nature, I mean, we’re talking “snowshoer” and, like, uhh, “Olympic swimming pool” here, you know? - good thinking, LG). Lo and behold, my weird TV-flicker-when-watching-blu-rays problem was resolved.

Reese, I am so sorry for that mind-bending, confusing, convoluted non-problem that I made you spend 30 minutes of your life on. That, along with the help of William, and one of the warehouse dudes who rocked a Beatles mop-top (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name), muscling -17 degrees with no jacket to help me load my TV in not once (cos god-forbid I try to make these guys’ lives easy and initially bring a car that’s big enough) but twice, AND the manager who’s currently reading this titanic novel of a review, has made sure that I’ll be coming back. And I don’t even live in Okotoks.

The customer service was amazing. I needed a new washer and dryer. We had stopped by the Brick first and found a very nice set. Well Visions had the same set and they worked hard for our business. Ended up with a better deal than the Brick could do. Francis was amazing help with getting the best deal. Spencer the assistant manager made absolutely sure everything was a smooth process. I would definitely recommend this store!
