I have been absolutely loving this salon! From the moment you walk in, it’s always so welcoming. The little things make all the difference—whether it’s a warm smile, asking how your day is going, or thoughtful touches like having tampons available in the bathroom (apologies to the gentlemen), and offering coffee, tea, or water. These small details really make the experience feel personal and special, as if they genuinely want you to be there.

The natural light streaming into the salon creates such a lovely atmosphere, and the wash station is incredibly comfortable—no more sore neck!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Paola for my color and cut, as well as Natalie and Emma for blowouts and bang trims, and each of these ladies has been absolutely wonderful. They really listen to what you’re looking for and ensure the entire experience is relaxing and enjoyable.

Just had my appointment with Allie, she does amazing work! Very talented at doing hair. I was looking for a new stylist and I will definitely be returning. The space was comfortable and inviting, also the other staff were friendly. Thanks again 🙂

Vanity Collective is a wonderful business. They have always been very helpful with getting me in and do what is needed to make sure you're happy. Today they went above and beyond. I needed to bring my newborn to my appointment and he got pretty upset not long after I sat down to get my hair washed. Another stylist came over and rocked him in his car seat for me and sat with us for a bit while I got my hair dried.

Such a sweet soul and an extremely skilled professional. She listened to what I had to say, made suggestions, and in the end I was really happy with my haircut ( which doesn’t happen a lot!) I look forward to seeing her again.

She boched my hair today, and I cried on the way home.
I went in because of the reviews and left very disappointed with my haircut.
Sadly the rest of the service was good, great scalp massage and friendly staff. But that doesn't make up for what happened to my hair. Half the cut came out good but she went way too short with the layers on the left half of my head and it looks horrible.... I am very disappointed and sad and now I have to have this haircut until it grows out.

Really liked Allie, from our conversations and relating about kids and enjoying similar entertainment to talking about my hair needs, issues and overall goals for my hair. I had a great experience with Ashley and the lady at the front desk. The lady at the front desk, I’m sorry I don’t know her name, is an amazing addition to the welcoming environment of the salon. Ashley was very attentive and kind to an older person and was efficient and skilful in her work. The colour of my hair turned out beautifully and she styled it expertly.
