The staff are amazing and so informative about products. They ask the questions that most places wouldn’t ask someone, ie: what percentage I prefer, how much I’m looking for, what exactly I’m looking for, they suggest good quality items and they’re extremely friendly!

Fabulous little shop, massive selection compared to most stores in the area! Shyanne was super kind, patient and helpful throughout my entire visit as I had lots of questions. Would highly recommend shopping here.

This used to be my favourite Cannabis store. I would drive all the way from beaver to wembley just cause I enjoyed the staff and selection and the feel of the store. However in the past 3 months it feels like the whole place has changed in the way it now feels. Most of the old and good ataff are gone and the current ones at the store just dont compare. shyanne the most. she seems to be off her game compared to before and like she doesnt enjoy herself as much as she used to in the store, and i always feel unwelcome when shes around to yhe point i just dont bother shopping if she is there. I like the manager bailey she still puts in max effort and makes me feel extremely welcome, as well as the other newer blonde girl who i dont see often, she just seems to not know as much as the staff who worked there before her did. the new guy is okay i cant remember his name, but not the same without the old ones around. This place used to be a 10/10 and now its more of a 3/10 if im honest. i didnt want to have to write this review but the place is worse off than it used to be and i miss the spirit they used to have

Fantastic store! They have all the products your looking for and then some. Staff are on point and very knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know and will continue to keep this my go to cannabis store!!

Hard to say why exactly but the place just feels different and not the same now. But the place just feels weirder and not like it used too feel. I cant figure out what is making it feel this way so i wont give a 1 star but its definitely changed and i dont think for the better. Still okay prices so not the worst

I come in frequently, and Shyanne has been an absolute delight to deal with. Whenever I walk in she has the biggest smile, and a ton of product knowledge. I heavily recommend dealing with her or Bailey!

Used to be a fantastic place to shop, but over the last few months there seems to be growing tension and an overall weird vibe in the store that's getting worse. I don't know if management changed or something, but it used to feel like the employees were having fun and loved their work and it was great chatting with them about products and getting their recommendations; now it almost feels hostile and like half of them don't want me to be there and only want me out of the doors as fast as possible. Shyanne in particular is in a consistently bad mood whenever I show up and she's there, which sucks because she used to be so nice and helpful. I let it go at first because everyone has bad days, but it's been consistent for weeks now. Now when I see her there I usually just turn around or only browse for a moment and then leave without buying anything because I don't want to deal with her attitude anymore. I'd also suggest to her and anyone else to keep your voice down if you're going to talk bad about other employees/customers in the back while people are browsing because, yes, we can hear you. Very disappointed, used to love supporting local but I don't want to shop somewhere where I'm treated as a nuisance just by being there. Prices are still great though, if that's all that matters to you. Just don't expect the friendly service that used to be the norm.
