These guys don't honour their own business hours (limited to 10-12 hours A WEEK!?) don't answer the phone, don't respond to texts. If at all possible I suggest using other couriers.

No idea what the back story is here, but if you are used to exemplary UPS service, this isn't the place.

We have not yet recieved a package without issue. Often with long delays, and excuses. Any time you gain from a courier service is lost on delivery here. Don't even contemplate drop off, they are never on location, regardless of what is promised, or what the posted hours are.

While I've sat here, two other vehicles have driven up, called, texted, and left. Come on UPS! Help us out here?

Do yourself a favor and ship anywhere but here. Refuse to answer their phone, refuse to communicate on anything but via text, refuse to answer or give any assistance with packages. Never open the hours they say they will be open. 0 stars if I could.

Awful service. I have been trying to get a package since the 10th and it keeps saying they tried to deliver but I haven’t gotten a slip so I can’t change my delivery options. Tried calling many times and no answer.

Worst place ever! Had to deal this the UPS guys in Dawson 2 times and both have been bad experiences. If you have a choice do not use UPS. The first time my package was over 2 weeks late. The whole time it was sitting in their warehouse. By the time i got it....it was crushed and opened. This time i called, no answer....then showed up......was told he had it and would deliver to me on Saturday. Never came by. The following Monday closed due to sickness and Tuesday. Showed up today and said i was not leaving without my package. Took him 20 minutes to dig it out from the very back of the warehouse.

UPS has so awful service in town. My package was supposed to get delivered from Germany with pending custom charges on Thursday but had received the unsuccessful attempt delivery on that day. Under my UPS account the custom charges were showing $0 instead of 50-60 so I kinda realized that something went wrong. Anyway, delivery driver hadn’t even bothered to call to inform or neither did he show up the whole day on Thursday. When called to inquire the status today (after 3 days) the delivery guy said he’ll deliver around 3ish pm. No one showed up again until 430pm, when called to inquire again, the delivery guy said he forgot to pick up the parcel from the warehouse. This is so oblivious!!!! No doubt you guys have such a terrible log of reviews.

UPS needs to investigate this location. There are serious problems here, these guys are not showing up and doing their job. They are only open 6 hours per week and still can't bother to show up.

I wish any customer the best of luck ever getting their package because they steal them.

Update Dec 2022- This location has been closed. UPS must have finally noticed that these guys were stealing packages. I have had about $500 worth of goods stolen from me by them.

My review would be zero stars if it could be. Anyone else have packages that make it UPS in Dawson Creek and then for various excuses never actually get delivered? This is my second time in a couple of months, and it's clear to me that they steal packages. On once occasion I went to the UPS 'office' here, looking for a missing package and they told me they don't deliver anywhere in Dawson Creek, lol. The next week that same man delivered a package to me. DO NOT deal with these crooks.

2 days now, UPS says delivery attempted.
NO ONE was at the house, Nothing left behind to say they had even been there.
Not impressed, this package was important, and express shipped from the southern states.
Checked SEVERAL times today for the package.
Still no signs of ever having ANYONE besides myself going in and out of the yard.
hours are ridiculously short. I am going IN tomorrowe for my package. It had better be there, or on my porch, or i want my shipping money refunded.
114 US to ship in a week.
It was late being picked up from the seller by 2 days, and now i have been fed a story about how delievery was attempted twice.
Cameras people. They show NOTHING for ANYONE coming in my Yard.
