20 plus years ago I was a Retired Broadcaster who was becoming a Long Haul Trucker. From my many years in Radio I had compiled a 'ton' of Cassettes containing a 'Mix' of Music. But The Trucks only had CD Players. What to do? I was in Windsor when I saw the Unique Video Sign. I wonder if they have CD players for Trucks or know where I can buy one? They did! Long Story Short....they gave me a price to transfer all My Cassettes to CD. I returned to Windsor a few weeks later.... and there they were....CDs of My Cassettes. I was Thrilled! Off I went to listen..... BUT the First CD was Out of Phase. So was the Second and Third. Do you know what Our of Phase means?. Most people don't....;but I did. Unique didn't know either. So I played a CD for them. They 'got it' sort of. Nevertheless they said they'd look into it. And they did. When I returned a couple of weeks later there was a brand new pile of CDs. How did they Sound? Great!!. How much did it cost me? NOTHING!. How can that be? Most of their Customers would not have heard 'Out of Phase. I said...c'mon....you must have spent hours redoing all of that plus the cost of CDs. Bob Jackson said...Happy Listening. Have I been back since then? You betcha. And I told many of My Trucker friends. As we used to say in Radio....And The Hits.....Thanks again guys.....

When my mother passed all I had of hers was some photos and old VHS videos. I could only visit Windsor for a week before going back out West. Unique video systems came through for me big time.

They not only digitalized my VHS tapes to dvd and USB but several of the VHS tapes had had the ends pulled out, they fixed the tapes and cleaned them up.

They did this all in less then a week and for about 100$ in total. They were friendly and knew what they were doing.

VHS conversion is a dying art, so if you have old VHS videos this is the place I would recommend!

Other places had given me ridiculous quotes or waiting times that spanned a month. Unique Video Systems was reasonable and efficient.

I 100% recommend these guys for your video related stuff. They seriously put all their hardwork into their services and always make sure the customer is happy. I have a personal experience with them and even though they didn't have the right equipment to complete the job, they still tried to make the situation as best as possible
