Ordered a custom calendar and a mug as Christmas gifts for family and they turned out beyond nice, the paper on the calendar is nice thick cardstock and the colours are bright- the mug photos are nice and clear and the colours pop. I ordered and within a couple days it was ready for pick up, counter staff was lovely to deal with. Definitely recommend looking here for good cute custom gifts

This place does not even deserve one star !

I dropped off 4 old camera films to be developed. They chargesd me $107.47 to have them sent out for development. 4 weeks later they called to say that my pictures were ready. When I arrived to pick them up they advised me that two of the films could not be developed. I mentioned that I had paid for 4 films to be developed and enquired about some type of refund for the two undeveloped films. They declined any type of a discount even though I only received 50% of what I had prepaid for. Complete scam, I would advise anyone looking for the same service to save your hard earned cash and shop elsewhere!

I use Unforgettable Memories for all my photofinishing and for printing of items for my art business.

Recently I placed an order for calendars with my art printed on them. As always, they turned out great and I was happy with the fast turnaround time.

Meghan, Cole and the rest of the staff are wonderful at what they do. Another local gem. Highly recommend.

Ps. I always find a cute little decor item or stop for a drink and goodie too. They have it all.

just wanna go on a huge rant about how absolutely amazing Unforgettable Memories is! I have used their services for so many years now and always for special occasions, especially Christmas! Couldn’t leave a review on fb so I’ll leave it here.
Family member had an image printed and it looked horrible. The “artistic interpretation” as she called it, looked nothing like the original photograph that was purchased from a professional photographer..

Let’s start with problem number one: store owner gave the print to the customer wrapped and told her to open at home. She stated “I already checked it, it’s good”..

Problem number two: store owner refused to refund after making the customer pre-pay. She also refused to fix the image.

Let’s not even go into detail about the bad customer service and disrespect.

store owner then accused customer of throwing the image when that didn’t happen. In fact, an rcmp officer was at the Canadian Grind so if that were true, I’m sure the officer would have stepped in.

Customer left a google review but that was deleted as I’m sure this one will be.
