I had a negative exeprience with Ubertor. I ordered a site and was going through the process of asking for changes. Everytime I asked for a chanage the site would revert back to before the prevous changes and it was very frustrating. No one there adressed the concern so in my last email I told them that I couldn't work with them and I wished to cancel. I never got another reply from anyone not even someone trying to salvage the relationship. Then to my surprise...Ubertor still went ahead with billing me the monthly fee of which they would not refund. They finally stopped the billing but their customer support was lacking. Uberor has now refunded my money which I appreciate and they sent a nice apology email hoping to salvage my business.
