Je suis aller prendre rendez-vous pour avoir des mèches blonde. La coiffeuse elle avais peut expérience . Elle dit de m’avoir expliqué la procédure mais il m’avait mis just un peu de mèches brune …j’ai pleurer en disant que Je n’était satisfaite il mon fait payer 255$ quand même… il mon donner un produit mais je suis vraiment triste… j’ai du aller a une autre coiffeuse!

I had Jenna as my hair stylist and the overall experience at twisted pretty was great! I’m very happy with the results i got. Jenna was very nice and explained everything thoroughly before starting, to make sure we were both on the same page. Her work is amazing! Definitely would recommend her!

Brittney did an amazing colour correction and full on fix of my hair. She was patient and knowledgeable and very skilled. The price was excellent and all the staff were great. The shop has lots of cute clothes and products. Excited to try some of the other services they offer.

Absolutely LOVE twisted pretty! I’ve gotten my hair cut by Robyn, my nails filled twice by Kora and Chelsea! My nails held up four weeks with no lifting or chipping! I’ll keep being a loyal customer. This is definitely a one stop shop! 🥰 the customer service is GREAT and atmosphere is just wonderful. I can’t say enough great things about this place. 🫶

I had my first ever facial with Chelsea today and it was HEAVENLY. The warm towels felt like a hug for my face, the massage of my neck and arms were so soothing, and my skin feels so fresh and taken care of. Would definitely recommended!

Got an acrylic nail fill and the color was chipping off after 3 days and 5 of them have now started lifting near the cuticle after 10 days. They will first offer to fix it then come back saying you need to pay to have them fixed. 0/10 Do not recommend.

I had a wonderful experience getting my nails done on January 31st. The room is gorgeous , the chairs were comfortable and the conversation flowed very well. I am in love with my Valentine's Day nails.

Absolutely joke of an establishment the customer service is atrocious! The staff that answer the phone sound like children that are unsupervised answering the phone for the first time ever , asking about the services they offer she’s stuttering fumbling her words and can’t even answer the simplest of questions! Then I have a very very sick 6 yr old that needs to be picked up urgently I explain my situation willing to rebook until they say I’ll be charged 50% of the booking fee no matter what even though in there contract it says on a case by case basis so basicly a emergency with a child does not Warrent them waiving the fee or even trying to rebook me so I’m not out 100$ for no service ! Not only that but they refused to do the services I requested and came up with their own plan of the facial I was trying to get !
