This shop is run by Oz, and if you peek behind the curtain, you'll see he really IS a wizard!!!
I went to have a custom shirt made at a different store in Oshawa (T-Shirt Time, I believe), and it looked like a kid's art project.....not a kid with a good grade in art.
Desperate for better results, I drove to Pickering where I met Oz. He took my challenge and KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK!!! I provided the t-shirts because they're 3XLT, and most stores just don't carry those sizes, but in the pictures you'll see the difference between the first shirt I had printed, and the one Oz did.
It is without question worth it for me to drive the extra distance to Pickering to have my shirts done right. As a bonus, Oz is a good guy to chat with, AND his prices are better than the Oshawa place I went to (which also had some questionable music playing while customers with kids were in the store)

Great product. Great price. I just wish the communication was better. My order clearly fell through the cracks and was only put through when I showed up in person (after paying online days before, unanswered email about ETA and a phone call to follow-up with them with vague ETA). I don't love hearing multiple excuses, personally. It seems like a better system in communicating orders internally is needed. I hope my next experience with them goes more smoothly.

I needed shirts for a school dance competition. In person, at the store, the employee was very helpful; she allowed me to view all the sizes, explained the ordering process to me very clearly, etc. They were able to make this order for me ASAP, which was really needed and greatly appreciated. The customer service was excellent; everyone I was spoke to was very kind, helpful, more than reasonable, and just wanted to help me out! We were able to get the exact design that we wanted. If I ever need custom t-shirts again, I will be sure to go to T-Shirt Arcade!

What a great experience! Your taken care of and treated like family. The shop owner knew exactly what I was looking for and you could tell they have been providing the best custom apparel for decades. What I loved the most was the quality and material of the shirt and the fact that its been months later and it literally looks and feels exactly as I bought it.
