Went in for a trim & a consultation to dye my hair for the 1st time ever.

The owner was extremely confrontational bc I wanted someone w more experience not someone fresh out of school.

Owner hand mixed red/ginger tinted toner then made this employee dye my hair after they both convinced me that they would use a CLEAR NON TINTED TONER as a hair treatment to seal the hair shafts & lessen frizz / damage.. without altering my natural color.
A nice treat since I didn't feel ready for big change

They then dyed my hair ginger & cut off double the amount we agreed for a trim which was 1.5" - 2"
the girl easily took 4"+

Then the owner had the audacity to walk right up to me as I was looking in a mirror at myself clearly appalled at how SHORT &&&& ORANGE... my hair was.. a day before my birthday..
And seriously tell me if she had been the one to do my hair she'd have cut off 6" ..then scoffs at me & walks away...
Then another giant wave of audacity to scream at me as I'm stepping out of this.. " salon "

Hands down worst customer service I've received in my entire existence. Not sure how they're even open at this point..

If you want to waste your money and hate the way you look.. this is the place

I really want to point out that I love the hair cut I got and was nicely surprised I could get a nice minute appointment, though I was pretty unsatisfied with the price I had to pay. I came in with a golden/yellow blonde & asked for a ashy blonde, thought I would only need a toner so I asked for a toner & the tiniest amount of bleach in the front of my bangs. My bill ended being 207$ including tips… My hair colour has barely changed and got only a bit of bleach.
I felt pretty uncomfortable discussing the price since all the employees we’re there but I do truly feel it was an unfair price.

Bernice is incredible! I called in earlier today hoping to get a haircut after work and she happily told me that it would be no problem at all! I stopped in at 6:15 and she did a great job. Will be recommending to friends and will definitely be back again! Thanks again! 😁

Brenda is awesome!! Shes been the owner for a long time and she is a lovely person as well as a very good hairdresser. Billie is now the new owner and she's also a fantastic hairdresser!! Fun and friendly! Highly recommended this place! The prices are also very good!

I just moved here from the mainland, was in desperate need for a new eye lash extension tech. Jessica was and is AMAZING. I had to have my lashes removed for a few days from a botched fill. She has taken the time to repair and build up a new set of classics for me. The room they use for your appointment is very nice, clean and relaxing too. If you ever considered trying lash extensions but were not sure give Jessica a call., she's very knowledgeable.
