We had Total Home Tech work on our new build house and could not be happier. Don and Crysta are very professional, patient, accommodating and knowledgeable. We had Total Home Tech do all of the networking, security cameras, doorbells, and window shades on the main floor.
Any questions or concerns we have had since install have been answered via email or phone call.

My wife and I used Total Home Technologies (THT) after having lived in a previous home with smart automation. It was important to me to deal with a company that had integrity, good customer service and value for product, and that's why we chose THT. Don and Crysta were exceptional to deal with. The customer service is second to none and the true passion Don has for his craft is very apparent. We completed a total home renovation and engaged THT at the beginning. We were looking for lighting, sound, internet and shades for automation. A budget was laid out, strategic planning meetings (in person and ZOOM) occurred and eventually a plan was made and agreed upon. It was a lengthy process (due to the time of the Renos), but THT was available whenever needed to ensure the wiring was done properly, liaising with the electrician and contractor, to provide guidance when needed to ensure there wouldn't be any issues or to problem solve if there were. As with any larger project, small problems arose from time to time, but Don was able to overcome each obstacle. I would without question recommend this company to anyone considering a larger project or any project size for that matter as this company truly cares about their work and the satisfaction of their clients. It was truly a pleasure dealing with both Don and Crysta throughout the project!

We recently engaged Total Home Technologies to install outdoor lights in our backyard, in our deck stairs, along the fence, by the BBQ area and by the firepit. They were very helpful during the planning process and were flexible about changes as the project evolved. They provided options and expressed what they felt would work best in the space. Upon confirming our order, they delivered and installed the lighting within two weeks which is great. They took great care with the install, hiding wiring and protecting the building materials throughout our backyard. Total Home Technologies are detail oriented and are dedicated to providing superior service, making sure everything looks amazing and is done right. The lighting adds that last detail that elevates our outdoor space and showcases the investment we made to our home. We are beyond thrilled and look forward to calling them back when it's time for phase two.

It was a great experience in dealing with Total Home Technologies (Don and Crysta) for our home project. Don understood our requirements and presented a solution that met and exceeded our expectations. It was an extensive project to setup the entertainment hub (central media rack, tv mount w/ audio and video distribution, and ceiling speaker setup) in an existing house, which was executed within the original budget. Don was always punctual and patiently spent required time until the system was fully functional. The project was completed with highest quality, and would highly recommend them!

So glad i decided to give Total Home Technologies a call for our home networking needs. Don called me back right away and went over what our issues were and came up with a solution right away. On install day Don arrived at the time he said he would, and was very thorough in his explanations of what he was doing and how to use the service once it was up and running. We did have some technical issues about a week after the install, All it took was one email to Don and he was there to fix it.

Our company recently completed some office renovations which included a new classroom and a staff lounge. We were looking for someone to install two large screen televisions in these rooms. I asked staff members if they knew of anyone they could recommend. One person in our office had recently used Total Home Entertainment for a home renovation and was very pleased with their work and happy to recommend them.

Don provided us with a very reasonable quote and gave us good recommendations and suggestions for our room setups. It was clear that he had a considerable amount of experience with these kinds of projects. Throughout the installation process he was very courteous, prompt, and flexible with our requests and changes.

Since this initial project we have called Total Home Entertainment back twice for subsequent projects that involved audio and teleconferencing equipment. Don was very familiar with both of these kinds of installations and came up with a solution that perfectly fit our needs.

We recently decided to update our 14 year old home theatre projector. After reading all of the positive reviews, we called Total Home Entertainment at the beginning of December. Don responded quickly and provided a detailed written estimate, keeping in mind our budget. We are thrilled with our new projector and universal remote and the fact that Don made a special effort to have it installed before the Christmas holidays. He followed up with us a couple of weeks after installation to see how everything was going and even stopped by to add our son’s PS4 to the remote. Don was at all times very personable, knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend Total Home Entertainment.
