We are really enjoying our new Samsung TVs. They were a great buy and competitively price with the major box stores. The installation was first class! The installers were extremely knowledgeable and very professional. They took the time to explain everything and to make sure the equipment was installed in just the perfect location. Thomas TV in Welland is the only place I will buy my TV’s, speakers and anything electronic. The staff are professional, super knowledgeable and great to deal with. Prices are very competitive and fair. They provide excellent personal in home service which is rare these days and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them. Don’t even bother going anywhere else 🙂

This is what my parents $20,000 setup looks like. It takes me an average of 5-10 minutes to turn on the TV, and I’m a software engineer. My parents haven’t been able to use the TVs for years. You will 100% regret using this company, they should be absolutely ashamed of this work… fu for doing this setup for my old parents, bad people/scammers.

Edit: you’ve been here to “fix” the system twice already. You don’t sell these receivers, hdmi extendor things, and that is not your labelling machine (saying “OFFICE”)? My parents words, they don’t trust you to repair the system “again”. Unless there are 2 Thomas tv places in Welland, this is 100% your work. The heat up there is insane, if you use any device (fire tv, etc), it’s impossible as the receivers are way to far for the remote to communicate, the design was fundamentally flawed from the day it was designed and the system needs a complete overhaul, which I’ll be doing myself.

The fact that they deny this is their work says a lot.

Having just had a Sony OLED installed by Thomas last week, we can now say the overall experience was seriously 5 star.
First, price is not an issue, Thomas is competitive with Big Box stores.
Where Thomas shines is their people, knowledge and service. We spent a lot of unhurried time in the store with Tyler Thomas and came away well informed on choices available, what the differences are and basically how and why it all works. Thanks to Kate for the demo on casting from iphone to TV.
These folks are passionate about electronics and it was actually a fun experience buying the TV.
As for Jacob and Jordan who did the installation, thanks for not being in a rush, for knowing the business and for helping problem solve. When they left, not only was the TV looking great, but they had also installed all of the Apps we use and made sure each was working.
Thomas is the BEST!!
