Worst customer service ever, made a website for my business and presented all the wrong information. Been trying to get them to fix it for 8 months, I am getting new work clients sending me job details. I never receive them, really what good are these people, paid lots for nothing.

Jeff Manning and his team at Think Forward Media are excellent at teaching you why you need their services and explaining how they work. I was having a lot of trouble with my business email account and Jeff suggested I switch it to Google. I didn't know you could still keep the email address and change your email provider until Jeff taught me that. Now I don't have to worry about my emails getting to my clients or their emails getting to me. It is all looked after by Think Forward Media and I don't have to worry about it anymore. I look forward to my continued relationship and expanding as my business grows! Thank you, Jeff!

Jeff & his team are amazing. Not only are they super friendly they are knowledgeable and ACTUALLY CARE about the client. I have worked with other web developers over the past few years and have not received half of the amount of support these guys provided me with. Jeff waked me through a wordpress application that was designed from another company because the company failed to give me proper grounds to be able to operate my webpage efficiently. 5 out of 5 stars
