Wow, so in love with the Orangeville Theatre!
Lovely old building restored to its former glory, right in the downtown, so lots of eating options before or after.
And parking is easy.
The actual theatre itself is a nice size, and acoustics are good.
Plenty of amenities, including a snack bar for halftime refreshments, including alcohol if that’s on your radar.
A ton of friendly and helpful staff, who I believe are mostly volunteers.
We just saw I’m in Love With Your Sister a few days ago, a really entertaining comedy.
Get out and see a production and support this wonderful theatre.

Always love the shows at the theatre. For those who participated in the mosaic painting the finished piece can be seen on the main floor of the Opera House.

I have truly enjoyed every production I have viewed at this theatre. Fantastic seasons with a variety of performances - everything from drama to laughter and singing. The theatre itself is very comfortable and sound and sightlines are good.

What a show, in such a stunning venue, the Opera house is a stunning restoration of a vintage theater, really remarkable being in a space with so much history, the seats where renovated originals, with intricate iron work, the seating also gave every seat a good view of the stage. The show, a sound of music, was also amazing, originally I was told it was a 3 hour show, great value for money, and with 2 younger children I thought we would have to leave early, but the quality of the lighting, costumes, set design, singing and acting, in fact the whole production was top quality. It was also a special night as it was closing night and we shared the awards and gift giving to production, lighting and wardrobe teams. Really worth the ticket 🎟 👌

We became Season Ticket holders for the first time in 2023-2024. Every presentation has been highly entertaining and very professional. The sets are amazing too! Kudos to all at this venue.

Went to see an afternoon performance of Opry Gold. Was excellent. I do not think there are any bad seats. We sat near the back and didn't miss a thing. Great show. Great venue.
