Outstanding service. The manager Casey there goes over and beyond to give the best customer service. They also have great printing services and also do shredding of documents too which saves alot of money. Lots of parking too which is great. I would definitely recommend this ups location to anyone in st.albert or Edmonton area that needs to ship their parcel or have custom printing done.. l definitely will be coming back , thank you again!!

UPS … give this guy a raise!! Casey is amazing!! I’ve never had a positive experience with UPS over the past few years but since finding Casey in the Inglewood Towne Centre St Albert , the service has been awesome! While I know Casey can’t control weather and handling issues after my parcels leave his store. He makes sure to do his best. Double checking information I’ve given provided best and worse case for delivery to the US and is pleasant and has effective multitasking skills!! Can’t say enough about his attention to detail… and I work with a variety of couriers every day..so I can see the difference…thanks Casey!

Sorry im sure there are plenty of nice folk working here however I paid for shipping and when the "driver" decides the cutomer needs to go and pick it up themselves and no one else in the store knows why or has the means to contact the driver to explain themselves, it becomes hard to defend and justify these business practices.

Edit: Yup it's always someone else's fault.

Very impressed with service! I needed to find a commissioner of oaths in a tight time frame, and called UPS after being turned away from 5 other places. The owner, Jodie came in on her day off to commission paperwork for me, I’m very thankful for her generosity!
