I really wanted to like this place. Don’t get me wrong—the ice cream is good. But the customer service seriously needs improvement. The employees are rude, make comments about customers while they’re still in the shop, and exchange looks that make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Honestly, it takes a lot of courage to walk into this place now. A business can have great products, but if the service makes you feel judged or disrespected, it’s hard to enjoy anything.

Wonderful spot with delicious pizza, ice cream, and Dole Whip! Staff are always friendly and helpful. Lovely patio area in the summer, and we always hit up their ice cream truck when we see it, too!
