Service, Quality of work is top notch! These guys are far the best!
I had requested 2 quotes from different companies before deciding on sign zone. The other company was one of the top 3 recommended in Nanaimo. They measured my vehicle, took all the files and information and didn't contact me following. The Sign Zone was a completely amazing experience. Jen gave me so much information when she measured my vehicle and they got back to me fairly quickly with a quote and a draft. When I had issues with the lettering coming off my vehicle they were amazing in correcting it right away and ended up putting on a way higher quality product with no charge to me. Their communication and customer service is one of the best I have seen with a local company. I felt totally part of the process and knew what was going on the whole way through. Jen and the owner have clearly done everything they can to be sure that we are very satisfied customers. I have been receiving tons of compliments on my graphics on the vehicle. By far will use them again and continue to recommend everyone to them. They went above and beyond! Thank you again we are thrilled!

Our company required many signs for a re-branding. Jen G. was exceptionally professional, polite, amazing to deal with and showed a lot of empathy in asking questions and clarifying - she has patience and determination to understand where I was coming from and how to get a problem solved. She worked with me to get what I needed for our corporate identity. It felt like I was talking to a colleague I had been working with for some time, who was on the same page as me and she was as invested in the company, my job, as much as the project and result. The graphic designer, Cody, was patient, quick, and accurate - he took initiative, providing additional printouts with layout templates (as I would be applying some of the graphics myself on glass). I've worked in the UK and the Netherlands for Advertising agencies and I wish our partners in the industry had half of the professionalism, quality of standards, and sense of commitment to a job that I felt last week when I went in for the first time - Jen and her team went all out to get the job done, empathizing with me to understand and co-ordinate the signage with the designer - she explained everything clearly - how I could achieve our companies signage needs with extremely limited time. It really was a brilliant experience - she made me look good, and to me that means she and her team are getting my business every time. It was just that great! Highly recommend working with Jen and her team.

I had one of the BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I have ever had in any context. I brought my car to see if Sign Zone could re-wrap the roof. Jennifer was hesitant at first, but she brought in Mike, who was confident they could do it. Since that moment, Jennifer arranged for my car to be measured, and for the installer to check out the job - all to ensure that the job was to be performed correctly. The distance that she went to make sure everything went fine, was remarkable, and that is why I highly recommend this business. Of course, the job was excellently done when it was finished.

The sign zone made replacement decals for my camper. They did a great job, reasonable price, and matched the colors perfectly. Jen & Sydney were really good to deal with. Great job!
