I recently used Sign Guys for my advertising banner needs, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, their service was exceptional. Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest I am able to give. My Community association hired the sign guys in 2021 to repair our 2 community signs that were falling apart. Once given the deposit it took at least 2 months for them to start the work. Once the signs were done and we paid the full amount everything seemed to be good with the signs, except for the hinges put on were not the ones agreed upon. Fast forward a couple months and one of the signs plastic has started to buckle outwards. It took a long time to get the person to come take a look and when they did I was told it would be fixed right away. Alas every 2 weeks to month period when I went to change the sign it was not fixed. Finally when they did come out their solution was to put more screws in which did not solve the problem. As I had never done this before I didn't get the warranty information in writing. After much back and forth and the owner changing stories and reasons to not complete the repairs, the owner became verbally abusive to myself and others. He also threatened to come to a members house. I decided to not pursue it any further. The sign is now not usable at all and we have to have another company to repair the sign. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Highly recommend The Sign Guys. Great turn around time good communication very respectful and clear on what it was I was needing and was fully understood. Nothing beats good customer service and I’ll tell you that is exactly what you get when you deal with this company. This is a one stop shop if your looking for birthday ideas, starting a business or just wanting a sign for your home or office this is the place to look. I could not be more happy with the service I received I will be going here for all birthday needs office needs and home needs check them out you will not be disappointed.

So very pleased with the service for the signs. They were out bright and early and picked up the next morning. Chris did an awesome job with our keepsake sign. We wanted a pig theme and he didn't have anything with pigs. In turn he made the keepsake sign in the shape of a pig with the greeting printed on it. What a great surprise for my husband and very unexpected for me. Thanks for the super day and the many smiles brought throughout his day. Would definitely recommend The Sign Guys for any special occasion signs.

Our community association ordered a new sign in July 2022 and new letters as well. We paid 1/2 up front and in August we paid the balance to get it installed. It took some time to install but in September it was installed. The letters took longer that expected so I substituted some of the old ones, however, the top track was too small and didn’t fit so I requested a repair. I was told that the sign would have to be taken back to the shop to do this. Over a month passed with no update but I did receive the new letters. The old ones were 7 inch but the new ones were only five inch.
I contacted the shop and was told that the sign redo board would have to her cut in half and the lower half would be fitted to the new letters.
Now we are into November and still no sign. Called again and was told that it would be be installed shortly. It was, however the front pecan cover would close so I called again. Spoke to the owner and he assured me it would be fixed right away. Checked a few days later and the cover would close but only if you forced it. The top half wasn’t pushed up into the retaining track and the bottom wasn’t tight at all. Called again and to this date we haven’t received any reply.
Over the last few months I called several times to leave messages but the box was always full. Texts and emails weren’t answered and none of the deadlines were met. Eventually I had to repair the sign myself.
The first unprofessional manner in the our community association was treated was unacceptable! I would never recommend this shop to anyone.

I contacted The Sign Guys for my dad's 60th birthday. Their delivery of the display on the lawn was on time, they were able to customize to make the event perfect! He enjoyed it and loved the surprise! Overall great experience, great communication and will definitely use in the future. Thanks again!
