We were one of the biggest jobs when The Kitchen Loft first opened, and it was a huge renovation. As is often the case with major projects, lots of things went wrong ,some of them very big issues , but the team always maintained professionalism, kept moving forward, and made sure everything was fixed perfectly.

Gabe was amazing, Jerome was outstanding and stood behind every detail, and the rest of the crew was incredibly friendly and professional. They truly care about their customers and their satisfaction. We know we weren’t the easiest clients ,my wife is a perfectionist , but The Kitchen Loft took on our project with patience and dedication.

In the end, we came out smiling, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. A full 5 stars!

We have been so impressed from start to finish with the professionalism of Peter, Chantal, Gabe and all of the contractors who have come into our home! We have a bit of a unique set up that we have very high need rescue dogs and we worked with everyone involved and wanted to make sure from start to finish that we all were on the same page - from the beginning of the process our needs and vision for the space was understood and it came out beautifully!! Peter listened to my ideas and the space is exactly what I had in my mind! I can’t wait to use it every day!!! Thank you so much for working with us you were all amazing! I first met Peter and his team in early 2022 when they were highly recommended by a friend and neighbour. I was extremely impressed with the work he had done for her. I subsequently hired them to redo my main living area and rebuild my kitchen. Peter took my ideas and made them so much better. He took care of everything right down to the smallest details and made the whole renovation process totally painless. They stayed on budget and completed the job within the promised timeline Peter's guidance and selection assistance was invaluable. The final results exceeded my expectations. So much so that I didn't hesitate to get them back last year to convert one of my bathrooms into a main floor laundry room. After that I missed my bathtub so had Peter and his team back once again to build me a new bathroom in my basement. Again he improved upon my original plan and I couldn't be more than satisfied with the results. His crew were friendly, professional, showed up when they said they would, kept the construction mess contained, cleaned up after every step and did an exceptional job. I can't recommend them highly enough. The Kitchen Loft for all your renovation needs, you won't be disappointed

We just love our newly renovated kitchen by The Kitchen Loft. Peter helped us come up with the ideal design for our needs. Laura was great in assisting us in making all the selections along the way. Windmill provided high quality custom cabinets and The Top Shop installed a beautiful counter top. Gabe and crew did an excellent job with the renovation and installation and the site was kept clean and tidy. The electricians, painter, plumbers, tile and flooring installers were professional, courteous and efficient.

We love our new kitchen!! Peter of THE KITCHEN LOFT and Jerome of SWO turned our kitchen into a bright, modern updated version making it a joy to work in and create! Peter designed the most pleasing kitchen I have ever owned. The house is a small bungalow, and after removing a wall, the result is this beautifully open and inviting space. Peter's attention to detail and years of experience are evident everywhere - in the symmetry, colour, counter choice, shapes and flow. He also knew and included all of the available special features, including a cat food drawer concealed in the toe space, and the built in recycling centre right next to the sink.
