Would not recommend buying from the online store. It took about a month for my order to process because they didn't have it in stock. The website will show something is in stock but it ends up not being the case. Very misleading. The first time I bought something off the online store, they didn't have it and had to take it off the website because the item was no longer being pressed. I had already paid for it, very excited hoping I would finally get an item I've been looking for for while. Fortunately I got refunded but I was extremely disappointed. The second, and very last time I'll be ordering from here, I ordered a CD. Now there were 2 versions listed on the website, the release dates of both of them under the product. I bought the version I wanted and received a completely different version of the CD. It took me forever to get my order and I was extremely disappointed. I didn't get any emails updating me about the whereabouts of my package. I had to email them asking what's going on and I'd get very vague 1 sentence emails back. Super disappointed in this place, I will not be buying from here ever again and I would not recommend people to buy from here either.

Items show in stock online , will process an order and take your money only to refund based on no stock. Why not just update your site and save everyone the hassle. Odd way of running a store.

What a selection!! loved it in here. As well as a great choice of vinyl records, there's a good selection of CDs too.. and The DVD area was surprising with some old remastered classics and obscure movies, as well as forgotten masterpieces. Ill be back for sure!!
Oh almost forgot to mention - Staff was very friendly too!

MY NEW GO TO MUSIC SHOP! I stumbled upon this store when I was googling record shops and when I was looking on their website they had everything!! every single record I was looking for I found and for amazing prices!! in less than 3 weeks I got my order all the way in ontario! I cannot believe 1. they are able to ship it to me! 2.their range of products! 3. their easy to use site. I've always wanted to visit BC but now I know when I do, I will have to stop here to see it in person! I cannot thank you all enough for being the best music store <3
