I had a great experience from the initial call I made to the studio. I believe the lady’s name was Sophia and she was very helpful. When I arrived at the studio on Monday to film my content, Melody was very kind and friendly. Thank you both for making me feel very comfortable and welcomed to the studio. Will definitely recommend it to my colleagues and network 🙂

My family and I came to this studio for a family portrait shoot/ dad’s birthday shoot, and we enjoyed every second of it! The studio suites are so beautiful and Maria at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Overall was a great experience and will definitely be coming back.

Went to Glasshouse this past weekend for a Mother's Day/Family photoshoot and it was a great experience. Staff are so friendly and welcoming! Everything is clean and the space and even bathrooms are great and spacious. Would love to see more elaborate set ups (not holiday themed) similar to some of the studios downtown that i've been to before. Maybe more large scale floral installations for mother's day? I'd also recommend that photographers use external lighting equipment because the fluorescent lights on the ceiling are not the most flattering. On cloudy days there isn't much natural light coming into some of the rooms. Overall it was a good experience and for someone living in York Region and it's a lot more convenient to get to if you don't want to go all the way downtown! Can't wait to see what this studio does in the future and i'm sure i'll be back!

Had a great experience at Glass House Studios! The staff was friendly, the setup was professional, and the photos turned out amazing. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality shots in a relaxed environment.

Was just in the area and wanted to check it out after hearing about it through a friend. The studio space was clean and very well kept! I was really impressed with their studio decorations for some christmas set up, it was perfect! On top of it, the receptionist Christina was very kind and helpful with all the questions I had. She brought a great energy to the studio with a beautiful smile!, and definitely made my experience better and I wasn’t even there for pictures yet! I can firmly say I’m glad I went in to check it out and I will definitely be booking to get photos done here in the future!

I recently had a fantastic experience at The Glasshouse Studios, and I have to give a special shoutout to Payam at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful. He made sure everything was set up perfectly for my session and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience.

The studio itself is beautiful, with great lighting and top-notch equipment, but it’s the outstanding customer service that truly sets this place apart. If you're looking for a photography studio with a friendly and knowledgeable staff, I highly recommend The Glasshouse Studios and make sure to ask for Payam! He’s the best!

Loved this studio! We used two different rooms and they were both amazing. On top of that; the service that Christina delivered was exceptional! She was SO HELFUL! I will hands down strongly recommend this space to all my photographers and definitely be back!
