If you need to rent some gear, go here! Jeff helped us out and made our trip from Ontario possible.

Also an amazing space. With a beautiful studio and cyc wall, on site Foosball. If we come back to shoot again this is the place I will be renting from.

Very professional and friendly. I was to jump in a shoot at short notice and I reached out for equipment rental fearing I wouldn't get anything back Jeff jumped in a found solutions even built a kit that would work in my situation. Not to mention the great customer service I witnessed when Jeff drove out of town to come help me with a second kit for my second shoot and when Ivan helped in his absence. If it wasn't for him my shoot would probably have not happened. I would definitely recommend them for equipment rentals.

The Film factory is absolutely outstanding! It's has such a great vibe and feel right from when you enter the door. It has everything you need to create music, videos, hold workshops, events, meetings, and so much more.

The theatre offers the perfect environment for watching local films or showing a presentation to clients. The 3-wall cyclorama production studio is unmatched by any other local studio- it is the perfect place to shoot high quality stills or video. Lastly, one of my favourite rooms - the recording studio! It's well equipped with an Allan and Heath mixer, professional microphones, and everything you need to get that perfect sound.

The Film Factory is everything that creative artists need to thrive in this beautiful place!

Absolutely fantastic customer service! I emailed on a Friday morning about renting out a fancy sd card for Saturday, a day they are typically closed. But they made it happen! And then when I went to upload my photos, I realized that I didn't have the correct adapter to do so. After a small panic attack, The Film Factory saved the day and allowed me to use their personal adapter to move my photos onto my laptop. A very hectic day was made possible thanks to this fantastic company! Thank you guys soooo much again, will most definitely be back!

They're incredible supporters and it's awesome to have access to a production house like this in the Okanagan.
