We were here for the first part of my lovely wife's birthday adventure. The family made some plates but they have a ton of selection of knick nacks, housewares and all sorts of decorations for you to paint. Great place for the family or a group. The staff are all great, friendly and helpful. I'd be back for sure, highly recommended!

We went here for a family fun day. The pieces were decently priced. Lots of paint colours to choose from. Staff were friendly, but I noticed they spent a lot of time on their phones and it took a second to get their attention even when standing right in front of them. Which is why I will be giving 4 stars. We definitely had a lot of fun and will probably return. Can't wait to see what our finished pieces look like!

Awesome place! Went here with my friend while they painted so I could take some photos of him with his daughter. They have all kinds of neat little things you can hand paint "glaze" and then they fire them for you. Really cool idea, and a great way to find some connection / community / friendship or just do something with your family. Has a really nice vibe to it, and everyone was friendly + helpful if I had any questions. They have beverages if you're thirsty!

Check this place out! I promise you won't be disappointed.

When first I moved to Abbotsford I struggled to use my time for anything but work. Following my third month of 75+ hour days I found myself at the clay cottages door and made a mug, first painting it red, then blue then green as the frustration of being discarded from a shift after giving notice at a job that really did not care if I was there or not. The place is art therapy and the staff the encouraging family you never knew you needed so much to help you through your tough days, share your joy and the more you go the better you get, the more friends you meet and the better life improves. Weekends seem like a nut house but amidst the chaos. The confidence builds to a crescendo of perfection, not to mention the tips to improvement you get from seasoned artist. There is no way not to express yourself and become the best possible you. The clay cottage nourishes thar inner beauty, no batteries required.

I absolutely loved this place. It was a fun activity and they give excellent customer service. I expected to have to wait a week or two to have my piece fired but it was finished in just a few days. You pay for the piece you choose and everything else is included so it is pretty simple. I would highly suggest this as a cute date idea, something to do with some friends, or a birthday party for the kids.

I just adore the clay cottage. Prices are very fair considering everything is included! Painted this little guy on a night out with friends. If you are looking for a relaxing gathering with friends this is definitely the spot!!

great selections of ceramic pieces and glaze. friendly staff, owner is extremely knowledgable and generous with her tips/teaching. dog friendly!
