Selling a home can be overwhelming. My brother has been in recovery after an accident and decided to live in a long term facitily and with that said, decided to sell his home of 30 plus years. I live in North Vancouver and my brother's property was on Vancouver Island. Finding the right agent was going to be stressful. A realtor friend of mine said he had heard of a great agent, Bryce Hansen and strongly advised me to go with him. So I took the plunge and after a few days the property was listed. Bryce showed me properties that were similar to my brother's and we decided on a price based on the current market. I was incredibly impressed by Bryce's market knowledge throughout this whole process. He and his staff were in constant communication with me and definitely made this sale easy, comfortable and with zero pressure.
