I want to share that I do not give a 5-star review with a digital marketing company easily. We have previously had less than positive experiences with digital marketing, so I was a bit nervous to jump in again. As a small business owner, every marketing dollar is hard earned and not seeing return on marketing efforts can be pretty devastating.

Our experience working with Roberto and Shawn at The Best Media has been wonderful. They have been extremely patient and attentive to what we want. I truly feel that they value our business and really want to see us succeed. The first drafts of work are always great. Roberto acts as our point person, so all design work, copy etc. flows through him. This is extremely important and has lead to a consistent branding message. We are currently running ads campaigns with them and are having great results.

I first met Rob and his team when I made a testimonial video for my real estate agent. They were so efficient and prepared that I was actually quite surprised at the professionalism. I sat down with Rob and found out a lot more about his business and decided that I would like my clients to know about his company.
