Went in for a ring resizing on a family heirloom wedding ring. Excellent service and clear expectations set about anticipated completion dates. The ring was complete a couple days ahead of the anticipated date. I felt like I was in good hands, and was happy with the result. Would recommend!

I can't stress enough how happy I was with this service. I really enjoyed the process of working together on the perfect ring design for my fiancee. It left me feeling invested in the ring as a project and my fiancee really appreciated the work that went into a custom ring. The craftsmanship was excellent! You will need to plan ahead as custom made does take longer than showroom ready, but they are honest with their time requirements and it is well with the effort.

Kim Maddison was so good to talk with, I brought in 2 rings and wanted the diamonds taken out of them and put into a ring that I wear all the time. Exceptional service and great pricing.
