We had the great misfortune of working with Ruby. She did the absolute minimum effort. She did not do her diligence to discover and disclose obvious issues with the property or follow up on our concerns. After the sale, she was even more supportive of the sellers when we expressed our concerns. We forwarded our concerns to the managing broker Jason but there was no feedback. We had the pleasure of working with a realtor at Keller Williams who went above and beyond to check all the documents and make sure everything was in order before we moved in. I wouldn't recommend "the agency" to anyone, please stay away. These people don't care about their clients.

I am so grateful to have found and got to work with Ryan and Alicia! From the start reaching out to Ryan about a property I was curious to see, he was extremely responsive, communicative, and curious about my search. So easy to talk to and ask questions of, I knew pretty immediately I was in good hands. Being my first home search and never having worked with a realtor before, Ryan was happy to explain the process and industry standards for our work together. He was eager and responsive in answering any questions I had about contracts and agreements. On a fairly restrictive schedule myself, I was so relieved that Ryan and Alicia were able to accommodate me with each viewing so that I could see all of the properties and neighborhoods I was curious about with family in tow even.

Ryan was also very receptive to our observations about each property we viewed and validated me every step of the way, with a sincere curiosity about my needs along with insightful and knowledgeable advice about the areas as well as the properties themselves. He was always happy to research for more information for me too! Very quickly he learned my preferences and needs and was able to anticipate and work in step with my expectations and limitations about different properties, helping me rule out unlikely contenders quickly. I pretty quickly found a property that was my dream home! Ryan's guidance and recommendations during the closing process were absolutely invaluable as well. The team he recommended was spectacular.

We interviewed 10 realtors and decided to list our Oak Bay house for sale with Jason Binab and his team at the Agency. We were impressed with his knowledge of the real estate market in Victoria and the fact that he has been in the top three realtors in Victoria for several years.

Jason is an excellent communicator and delivered on all of the things he said he would do. Jason and Sarah are a great team and are easy to deal with. His admin team at the office are very efficient and friendly. His use of technology in his marketing plans was very good and was one of the main reasons why we picked Jason over the other realtors.

Jason sold our house for 99% of the list price in 12 days. The fact that he was able to negotiate a final price of $1,450,000 with only a $18,000 reduction in the list price was very impressive. His marketing plan was well thought out and he did a lot of work to make sure the house was properly introduced to the market. Jason and Sarah did three Open Houses and brought in a lot of people to view the house. We would highly recommend Jason and Sarah if you want to sell your house.
