DON'T GET SCAMMED!!!
I had original purchased Adobe software from them a few years back which appears to be ok; however, I purchased another copy back at the beginning of February - ever since, Jim has been almost impossible to get a hold of by email or phone, but I have used *67 to block my number and get through a few times, only to be told it will be shipping out soon or next week. I even got an email trying to ask for my shipping address about a month ago, but they still haven't sent me anything, replied or called. I have tried numerous times to call & email - different email addresses and phone numbers, but still can't get a hold of them for over a month now. I have left a message and email requesting a refund, but they have not. I am now opening a dispute with my cc company.

In response to the owner's response, that is not the correct info. If you want to clear this up, email me directly.

I purchased what I was told was legally owned Adobe software from Allan Fischer at Teleticom in London Ontario in August, 2018, who said that they would transfer ownership to my name. Adobe has since informed me that Teleticom never owned the said software. Allan told me on October 24th that the problem would be resolved the following day, then became inaccessible by phone or email. I would either like my money returned or a legitimate copy of the software. I hate the idea that I am victim of what appears to be a scam and would like this company to prove my fears wrong.

I have all of the 2018 emails with our correspondence, confirming that I filled out the transfer forms and that your company received and allegedly submitted them. I will send you the copies. You still don’t answer your phone as I just attempted.

I have been nothing but polite and patient with you, Allan. I challenge you to post any remotely "toxic" correspondence from me. I was hoping that you would honour your promise to send me a legitimate copy of CS6, when I saw that after 4 years you had finally responded here, but that is appearing unlikely, as you haven't called me back or emailed me. You have my address and email contacts, which I sent again. This is no way to conduct business.

I never dealt directly with this company but they seem to have a very nice layout. I have dealt with a gentleman from another company who does work for this one as well. we weren't able to get exactly what we were looking for but he did try his best.
