Anyone that openly and proudly jokes about missing people on their social media tells you everything you need to know. The apology they made was absolutely ridiculous, they block and ignore every comment telling them how their disgusting behaviour has hurt them. Instead of actively taking accountability for the pain and harm they caused. They even get their friends to write stunning reviews and try to fight back at the people THEY HAVE WRONGED. This company literally went from 4.2 stars to 4 stars within a couple of days. I can't imagine how much lower their business rating would be if they were not receiving fake and deceiving reviews to save their business; it's ironic how this company miraculously received many recent five star reviews after the owner’s degrading behaviour was made publically aware. The owners of this business are not sorry, they just don't want to lose business. They clearly demonstrate a lack of empathy and responsibility. With that being said, you choose where you take your business 100%, but just know who you're supporting.

Amanda and Alyssa are such great women who take pride in their business and it shows. They always have the newest, best quality products to maintain hair colouring and cuts. They have always been so accommodating and are passionate about making sure you leave happy.
