I love the place & owner is very kind just today when I got my haircut never felt as rushed to get out & feeling uncomfortable & unwelcomed being there. Had simple questions about my hair but just brushed them aside like I was bothering them, so I just ended the hair cut even though I wasn't satisfied with it just wanted to leave as I felt me being there was a bother. Also did not even bother to brush or wipe me down with all the hair still left on my shoulders & head I really love the place & recommend it to my friends but after today might not come back.

I love Tangles Hair Design Salon it is my go to when it comes to my haircut, color and highlights. Ronette makes my hair looks great and I feel great after she have done my hair. They are all so welcoming and warm. They surely know how to make you feel and look good.

Went in for a trim and lost about a foot and a half of hair. My hair was at my lower back before now it's barely past my shoulders.

If you're going to book a client with an apprentice you should tell them beforehand so they know to be extra detailed about what they want.

Very clean and polite though, I'll give them that.

My go to place to get my hair cut. I got my hair done here on my wedding day. Always walk about feeling like a million bucks! Anika recently cut my hair and did an incredible job. Would recommend to all my family and friends. The owner, Heather, is doing a fabulous job at running this place. Keep up the great work ladies!

Went in for a cut and color came out with hair dye still on my forehead and when I got home I found hair dye on the back of my grey sweater. Also before I even began telling the lady what I wanted, the older lady there came up to me and said my hair has no "integrity" and that it should be cut shorter than what I wanted.... Very unprofessional and rude however the lady who did my hair knew she didn't do well so she gave me a discount but it's whatever, I wouldn't go back unless they paid me to do my hair, after all I was judged as soon as I sat down in the chair...
