My laptop computer crashed due to a hard disc failure. Dylan was able to quickly diagnose the root cause, retrieve all of my personal files and transfer them over to a new solid state drive.
My laptop is extremely fast now and works great. Great service and reasonable price.

I wish I could review this company in a better manner....but sadly? They never showed up twice for an install at our home. 2 weeks in a row. When someone stays home waiting, and not even the courtesy of a simple phone call? Lets just say our trust was broken, and we will deal with someone else instead.

Dylan was fantastic for setting us up with a new family PC. He was knowledgeable and honest about what we did and didn't need, everything was clearly communicated and ready on time, and the PC worked great first time. Highly recommended!

Dylan is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He replaced my hard drive and did a thorough cleaning. Very timely and a good price. As everything was new to me I had to call him a couple of times and he walked me through over the phone. It is worth the drive to Essex if you need computer work.
