This company does not take customer complains serious, there’s a blonde bus driver with a tan and usually wears black sunglasses and headphones. She is disrespectful, rude and racist I have complained about how she interacts with me in a very disrespectful and aggressive manner and yet a year goes by and she continues to act in this way, it is not an environment where she can normally disrespect people especially around a place where there is children. I am hoping that management can get involved and help with this matter since it is bothering me I have also tried talking to her today and she just closed the bus door in my face and drove away which is extremely disrespectful and this issue has bothered me last year and I complained yet nothing has changed she continues to disrespect me and many of my clients have complained about how she interacts with them. I am hoping that this matter gets solved as soon as possible since this is not the way to interact with people especially in a setting where it is surrounded by children and who will learn these bad habits easily.

Mixed experience with Roxborough. While we were eventually able to get all of the details we needed, the communication was quite slow — often requiring multiple follow ups before getting a response. However, when I did speak to Dan on the phone, he was lovely and helpful.

On our wedding night when the shuttles were used, the buses were prompt and got all of our guests where they needed to go (on time). That said, there were two issues: 1) we were previously informed by the company that the buses were ours for the full booking period from 3pm to 1am and could do as many runs as we wanted, but when my dad (father of the bride) asked to take some guests back early, we were told no, and 2) the drivers were unprofessional and several guests reported that one was driving erratically (one was even concerned she may have been drunk). I'm sure they weren't, but it's not a great report to hear as it's the last impression our wedding guests had.

Absolutely horrible driver of said bus and licence plate. MacEwens is down to 4 of 8 pumps due to certification and instead filling up with gas and pulling to the side after to complete paperwork she decides to park right in front of the pump and spend 15 minutes doing paperwork while cars are queuing up behind her trying to use the pump she is not blocking. A little re-education on how filling up on the pump works needs to be done.

We had a wonderful experience with our shuttle bus for our wedding. There’s always that slight worry they may not show up, but of course that wasn’t the case, and we’ve heard from our guests that the driver was so much fun and accommodating to wait a little longer for lingering guests. They were also the only bus company (aside from 1 more) to respond to my inquiry of about 10 companies I reached out to for a quote, and they had the best price. We’re so grateful for the experience we received and would highly recommend!

Roxborough Bus Lines did a fantastic job providing shuttles between our wedding venue in Almonte and the Comfort Inn in Carleton Place. The bus arrived on time and the driver was very friendly to our guests. Highly recommend!

We used Roxborough for our wedding shuttles and we LOVED the service we received. Prompt arrivals/departures in the afternoon and late at night. Our last bus driver was very kind and offered to return for guests who didn't make it on the bus. We can't thank you guys enough for the great experience!

Every morning a Dodge caravan come into a quiet private residential zone and keep honking to let a student that they arrived to pick him up, I do not think that is the right way to communicate

The worst bus company I have ever travelled with in my life! As a person in a wheelchair their drivers are extremely inexperienced with wheelchair transporting.
Not to mention their wheelchair buses are extremely uncomfortable and out of date that they belong in the junkyard! These would never pass inspection in my home province.

As for the drivers, One of the drivers was extremely slack when it came to making sure all of the chairs were tied down safely and drove poorly. he slammed on the brakes to avoid getting cut off and one of the wheelchairs in the back went flying into the seat in front of them.
For the second incident the driver hit a Speedbump at full speed which sent passengers out of their seats and a wheelchair passenger right out of their chair and they landed in between the wheel of their chair and the bus wall.

If I ever have to use this company‘s wheelchair service ever again I expect more up to date wheelchair buses along with bus drivers that have wheelchair transportation experience and training. What I experienced was absolutely unacceptable!

The lowest I could give this company for a rating is one star, but I would gladly give them zero stars!

These two incidents happened on Victoria day weekend of May 2017.
