Had a wonderful experience printing my engagement party sign through the team at Sure Copy. I emailed them only 7 days before our party (which was also around the holidays) and they had my sign ready within 2 days! The staff were so responsive via email and answered all my questions within the same day. Will continue to support this awesome local business for all my printing needs!

I cannot give enough thanks and praise to Steve and his amazing team Natalia and Emma who went out of their way to make our 40th Anniversary Vow Renewal Celebrations beautiful with the print materials we needed. We needed a "Welcome" poster and all the jpegs we had sent to Sure Copy were not enlarging well, and despite my efforts, I was not able to send a crisp image to enlarge. The team knowing our desired text, graphic and colours designed a beautiful "Welcome" poster that greeted our guests. At the last minute we also decided on assigned seating and needed table name cards....once again, the team at Sure Copy created beautiful name cards with our colours, graphic and font style. Better'n dealing with minuteman! I sent minuteman an inquiry and a follow-up, but didn't get a reply. I sent Sure Print an inquiry and got pricing the same day. After adjusting art work and returning corrections, they sent updated quote. Approved price and quantity, and went for printing same day. Very happy with quality of prints and turn around time.

Sorry to be the only one star among all the good reviews. I went there to print one page label for the courier and was only reminded that they have $2+tax minimum charge policy which when I place the order I had no idea of it. I was charged $2.25 for that one page. Only after that they showed me a tag plate on their counter that says so- for those who’s in a rush, do you expect people to notice that I was then told the policy has been there for 5 years - so does it mean that new client would not be reminded I wish someone could let me know that “hey just you know that we have a minimum charge policy for your one page print, you sure you wanna proceed?”. Not a big amount but this experience made me felt very disappointed as I live in Lander for 8 yrs now and first time I feel I was being rubbed in blind in this friendly neighborhood where people at least will be reminded of those special policy.

I highly recommend SURE Print and Copy Centre! My friend's child went missing and we needed posters printed up quickly. Steve got the posters done even more quickly than the promised rush time. He went above and beyond even though I know they were busy. The quality was excellent. We were impressed not only with the posters but also how empathetic and caring he was to hear about my friend's child. We appreciated his kind heart. Thank you!

Steve is super helpful when it comes to design issues for marketing material. He prints samples for us to view before we print and always returns our emails promptly. Would highly recommend.
