I just went in to Jen to get my tragus jewellery changed. My piercing was having a reaction to the metal (surgical steel) and I'd brought in a titanium one to change out. I was nervous to change it on my own. she was very patient and understanding, as I asked questions and even asked to lie down (for a jewellery change🤦🏼‍♀️😅 I'm a fainter haha). Anyway! She was so gentle I didn't even know she'd done the swap! Definitely going back for future piercings or jewellery changes

I’ve gone to Jen for almost all of my piercings because she’s actually the best! She’s so sweet and very good at explaining the processes of getting it done as well as healing. She’s very good at her job and is very reasonably priced too! Best piercer ever!!

Jenn makes your experience with her so fun and easy breezy. We love visiting her for our piercings. She visited my work one day and i was able to have her quickly check my new piercing that another piercer in town did kinda poorly - appreciate her so so much! Cant wait for the next one!

Jenn is the most amazing piercer! I have 30 piercings total and she’s done all but 5! I no longer live in Grande Prairie but travel the 4 1/2 hours to see her for my piercing needs as I trust no one but her. She’s super friendly with her clients and super sterile with the area and jewelry. Can’t say enough great things about her!
