I recently went in for my 6-week touch up and I am in love with my brows more than ever before! Seriously, if you are on the fence about microblading/nanoblading, I cannot recommend getting your brows done by Eleonora more.

Eleonora is wonderful and I have absolutely no regrets getting my eyebrows done with her! I was nervous about the whole process and didn’t know what to expect, but she made me feel so welcomed and comfortable the second I came in for my consultation and I immediately knew she would be someone I can trust my eyebrows with. She is so friendly and easy to talk to, it’s almost like you’re catching up with an old friend.

She really took the time to trace out my eyebrows to a shape we both agreed would look best on me as well as choosing an eyebrow shade that would look the most natural. She consistently checked in on me to see if I was feeling any sort of pain during the process. She answered all of my questions and provided helpful advice for the healing process and even followed up with me a few days later to check in on how I was doing.

You can tell Eleonora is passionate about her job as she is so patient, professional, and would always ask for feedback before making any sort of change to make sure her client was satisfied. She even mailed me a hand-written card which I thought was the sweetest thing!

Eleonora was so amazing to work with. I had my eyebrows microbladded and she was so patient with all my requests in enuring my eyebrows where perfectly drawn on before we began tattooing. I had emergency saline removal done by the beautiful Eleonora using Botched Ink. She was my saving grace. She was extremely kind, professional, and patient with me before, during, and after the process. She is very well researched in all the work that she does and made sure that I felt comfortable every step of the way. Eleonora goes above and beyond for her clients and I could not be more grateful to have met her. She was given last-minute notice regarding my emergency and was exceedingly accommodating.

As for the removal process itself, she was very diligent. She took her time to make sure that it was as painless and precise as possible. She thinks of every detail and provides a very thoughtful goodie bag at the end of the procedure filled with everything you need for your recovery - including some cute treats!

The clinic itself is very comforting, filled with plants and a calming aesthetic.

Overall, the entire experience from the communication, the procedure itself, and the location have been exceptional. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful of an artist, technician, and overall person Eleonora is. I would recommend her to anyone.
