Our team recently attended a corporate team-building fitness class at Studio: Wellness Community, and it was an outstanding experience! The studio staff made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in, and they went out of their way to create a welcoming, motivating environment.

Our instructors were incredible—full of energy, supportive, and able to cater to all fitness levels, so everyone felt comfortable joining in. The class was a perfect mix of challenging exercises and fun team-building activities, which really helped us connect as a group while getting a great workout. We left feeling energized, accomplished, and more united as a team.

I highly recommend Studio: Wellness Community for anyone looking for a unique and uplifting team-building event. They truly know how to make fitness fun and impactful!

I highly recommend this studio. It’s more than a workout. The instructors act like your own personal fitness coach ensuring that you get the most out of your work out. The music is always on point and each workout is different fun and exciting if you haven’t been you’re missing out.

Let’s start by saying you will not get bored of this 45 min workout, it challenges you, you get results and it goes really fast. I’m here 5 to 6 days a week. The workouts are led by personal trainers who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workout. If you want to see results this is the place to be. Great music and workouts are always different.

I joined Studio Wellness (formerly F45) one year ago. I never looked back! The overall improvement I have seen in my strength and fitness level has kept me coming back. The coaches are approachable, knowledgeable and attentive. The workouts are never the same, it’s super fun and you meet so many great people with the same mindset. And, yoga and Pilates have been added to the mix. This is a great community that welcomes everyone on all stages of their health goals - come join us.

Studio provides the best workout experience in NOTL. This is similar to F45, yet has more classes like Yoga and Pilates, as well as Sauna. The coaches are excellent and there’s never a dull moment while working out here. Jack and Neesha lead from the front and ensure everyone feels comfortable and accommodated. This studio also has lots of events and challenges to keep you engaged and entertained.

Three weeks ago I started at the Studio Wellness Community and I highly recommend that this is a place for everyone. Amazing facility, great staff and fun, motivational environment overall. If you are a beginner, 55 plus (like me), or fitness experienced, the Studio offers a variety of judgement-free programs/workouts geared to meet and improve your unique health and fitness goals - just a few of my favourites include strength/resistance exercises and Pilates.

Really like the vibe at this location. The Fitness Leaders are fun and interesting people. Each of them is well-versed in exercise modification suggestions to fit my aches and pains. I LOVE the top quality aromatic hand pump soap and atomizer in the ladies washroom - nice touch!

The new Studio Fitness is great - offers something for everyone and the coaches take the time to make sure your form is correct while at the same time keeping the energy going.
