This space was absolutely incredible, so many cool areas to shoot in and the owner, Kirsten, was so kind, making sure we felt comfortable. She was available if we had any issues, left us to get creative, told us we could move the furniture as we saw fit and even help us set up a swing which made for really fun photos. There were so many great props and amazing natural light. Came here for a photoshoot and left with a new favourite place to shoot. Definitely will be back!

love this space & the gal who owns it! I have had several photoshoots here, as well as events & it is always a joy working with Kirsten in this space. she has a great eye & provides excellent props, she has curated a beautiful space to work in. I am always excited for my next visit to studio seventy four.

I have had the pleasure of working out of the studio numerous times. A great space to use for video shoots photo shoots and even for meetings. Awesome that you can do things by the hourly or by daily

This space is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need to bring your photoshoot dreams to life. I've also seen others host events here, and they look great. And if you work with Kirsten, she is a phenomenal photographer and makes the session SO fun and easy. 10/10 recommend, would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Best studio in the area hands down, with the sweetest and coolest owner there is. Kirsten creates a new meaning of “above and beyond” and will make your photography and studio dreams come true. The space is versatile, spacious and bright. Kirsten is creative, ambitious and determined. Can’t go wrong renting here!

Kirsten welcomed me with the biggest smile. Her dedication and passion for Studio 74 is reflected in her careful attention to detail. Kirsten's assistant Emma was quick to help me access wifi and the studio speakers making my experience seamless. I loved my time at Studio 74. The natural light is extraordinary. I can't wait to return.
