I am the owner of happy claw . My name is lulu. My business is next door to studio risa. This review is for who wants to do business with this lady. Since I move in. The first day I was play music in my bedroom. Heard huge noise throughout the wall. I was lower my music right away . The second day she also asked her bf came to my store talked to me about the music. I nicely apologized also provide my phone number to him said. Next time please don’t smash the wall please ring my door bell or call me. This behavior showed me what kind of person she is. Because our business is next door I chose to be nice also never played music in my bedroom ever since. After that such a nightmare for almost a year about the music that I played in my store for my business! I have successful claw machine business that lots of kids love because it is play till you win. For me to do my business. I have to play the right music to creative the welcome gaming atmosphere for my customers. Also our location is commercial ! My business hour is 12-6or 12-8 I never played any music after business hour. I put my speaker inside my own unit and play low volume music. Kids and adults love the music. Most time it’s Mario game music that’s kids usually dance in front of the store ! But this lady keep send me text messages keep send her bf to talk to me regarding my music almost a year ! The value of the music is the same everyday same song everyday! I personally nicely text her and let her know many times it’s the same. Every time I had kid birthday party played the happy birthday song for the store. She complained to landlord . So that I have to send her nice text messages remind her that I have birthday party please don’t complain. After a year of this. I personally have lots of anxiety everyday play the music in my store which is absolutely allowed value and it is a commercial area that everyone play music in the store. I also informed her we will be relocate next year so let’s keep leave in peace! She still complaining keep send me text messages when I play the same value everyday. This week been crazy busy. The whole street has loud music so that I can’t hear my own store music. I was super busy with lots of happy kids everyday for Almost 2 weeks. 2 days ago. I was busy with at least 10 people several groups in my store she came in want to talk to me . I said please leave my store. You can see the customers here I can’t talk. She didn’t leave until I told her I am calling for the security and police. I also called the RCMP many time to file and confirm that I am allowed to be play music in my own store during the business hours also the security came many times to confirm it is not loud at all. Yesterday finish long week on the Christmas even night I found out 2 bad reviews regarding my music ! It is never happened before. I clicked the person she left 5 star reviews for her and left 1 star for me ! Seriously this is such a bad move also the words are extremely bad for ruined my business! Many customers know I bring the best quality of the toys. I can’t believe on the holidays they did this to me. A single lady that worked so hard for my own business. So I decided to post this review for everyone to see to understand what happened. She also try to talk to me late night that I have to call security and RCMP . Late confirmed the bad review is her family member! Please read the hateful language that they put for my lovely store. Please never come to me or my store. I don’t want or need to talk to you. I am informed my lawyer for all of these . Yes you made the first move like this I will post the real thing here. This is not a fake account. You are your business. This is the way you treat me to Christmas . Even though I didn’t sleep for the whole night sad about what you did to me. I still wish you merry Christmas and never come to me. I will call 911 if you ever came! Please leave me alone.
