Like a previous reviewer stated, a trip to the salon during covid-19 can be stressful. Yet, Natalie provided a safe and wonderful experience that made me feel happy with my hair again! I moved up from the GTA a couple of months ago, and consider Natalie to be very skilled in the many services she provides. I was very impressed with her colouring techniques, and how knowledgeable she was with caring for hair like mine (thick, long and coloured). Natalie is a passionate hair stylist who can keep a good conversation (in French and English) as well as make you feel valued and cared for in her salon. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

It is a new store in our tiny town, and everyone has that I have talked to so far, seem to have mixed feelings about it. Some say that it is great and others say it is very expensive, and that they weren't happy with their work for the price they paid. I have not been in myself, so I can't really say for sure, but so many people are mixed in their feelings when I was asking about them while.I was deciding whether or not to make an apt. I didn't make the apt, because it was going to cost too much, but I probably would have if it wasn't so expensive. Price is the topic of most of people's advice to not go, but about 80% of people who had went, and paid the high price seemed to be happy with their work. I don't have anything to compare it to in terms of recent price comparison, but I know that when I contacted them one time, and they quoted me a price, I was flabbergasted. To be fair though, my last time using a service like theirs was 10 years ago, so of course prices have went up since then, I just didn't think they would have went up that much. It was quadruple and then some compared to the price I paid 10 years ago for the exact same thing. When I got the same thing done 10 years ago the price had went up about $10 from my former visit about 8 years prior, so with this one being 10 years after the last one I thought it may be about $10 to $15 more than the last time I used a service like this, but it was 4 times the price.

Such a good vibe environment! Not to mention how pretty the salon is! Go in feelin (Covid) frumpy and come out feelin gorg! My hair was exactly what I wanted and can’t wait to get it done again! Fast, precise, friendly and local! ‍♀️‍♀️
