Came into this cute store over the weekend to inquire about having our daughters ears redone. Dani was informative & super helpful with our choices that we needed, decided today to go back & have my daughters ears redone a day later, Angel was super incredible, kind, & all round positive energy turning the experience for my daughter into a super fun one! (She was rhe 9yr old that laughed through the whole sitting)
Had a slight hiccup after we had left the store due to the new systems they are still learning, Came back in to bring it to the ladies attention, not only was Sarah able to make it right she was also super fun, kind, & professional!
Thank you to all the ladies there, for making today a super memorable one!

Angel and team were so wonderful with our 7 year old. I have had a negative experience when I was younger with ear piercing and that was so healing.
They were amazing with her, kind and patient. The work was gorgeous and my little one didn't make a sound. No tears. Just smiles. Thank you so much.

Our 5 year old birthday girl had her ears pierced tandemly and the team was phenomenal! They made her feel so comfortable and brave throughout the entire process. They were very accommodating and celebrated with her which was very sweet.Such a great experience and she loves her new earrings! Would highly recommend!

Got my vertical labret piercing today like I always wanted and am super happy with!!
Danielle was very helpful with helping decide on my piercing as well as helping me book my appointment today. My piercer, Lakota, did an amazing job with telling me the aftercare for the piercing, as well as took the time to make sure that everything was perfectly lined up and symmetrical. I will come back to get my other piercings done here.

Sarah is a true professional when it comes to piercing. She's patient in answering any questions, and has a very special calming presence that can ease any anxieties you may be feeling. Angel took our semi-complicated group booking over the phone and welcomed us warmly into the shop when we arrived as if we were already good friends. Everyone working there genuinely wants you to have a good experience, and were all so knowledgeable. Also sending a thank you to Brit for sharing her wall mirror briefly.
