I recently had my eyelashes done by Kari and I couldn't be happier with the results! She is incredibly skilled, and her attention to detail is amazing. I had the pleasure of getting eyelash extensions from Kari today. I arrived with clumpy, patchy eyelashes from a botched job by another company. The amount of glue was excessive and she spent over an hour removing it with patience and care. She was able to save the rest of my natural eyelashes from falling out and conceiled the bald patches like magic! My eyelashes look stunning and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend going to Studio 11 and can't wait to get my mom in there next to experience their amazing service.

I don’t like to be the person that does this but…
Had a full set of mega volumes done. Found out it was the artists first time doing that type of set and they were a newer artist. Yet they charged the same as an experienced artist. I’ve had my lashes done consistently for a few years so I know when a set isn’t great, also messaged my regular artist and sent pictures she also said it wasn’t a great set as the lashes were far from the root and looked like it was in need of a fill not a brand new set. I barely have any lashes now (It has only been 6 days) and had a discussion with the artist who claimed every other possible reason then owning the bad set and overcharging. They did offer a free fill but unfortunately I don’t feel they handled the situation well and should have owned their mistake.

DO NOT GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE absoutley horrible experince paid almost 100$ for a fill and it lasted around 2-3 days until all lashes started falling off and being placed differently. They will take forever for the work and charge you so much for horrible lash retention. Will not be going back wasted almost 200$ here for absoutley nothing good. WORST LASH LOCATION!!
