I recently visited this salon and had an amazing experience! The customer service was excellent from start to finish. My stylist was incredibly talented, listened to exactly what I wanted, and gave me a stunning result. The salon itself was spotless, tidy, and well-maintained, which really added to the overall positive vibe. Prices were also very reasonable for the quality of service I received. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great hair care, and I’ll definitely be returning!

Absolutely amazing salon! Friendly, personable, clean!!! They have the most wonderful staff. I’ve had eyelash lift and tints, eyelash extensions, hair cuts/styles, bought product. I love them so much that I took my daughter here for her first hair appointment. It took two tries, but they were so friendly and understanding when it didn’t happen the first try (didn’t even charge me for the first one, not even a cancellation fee!). There’s just not enough positive things that I can say about this wonderful & local small business.

What an amazing experience! Called in the afternoon and they had me in the same day then when I arrived I was seen quickly by one salon owner as the other finished up a client. The salon owners are amazing and I had such a wonderful experience! Could not recommend highly enough, the salon made me feel welcomed, warm, and beautiful!

The worst
I would definitely not recommend this salon..the customer service is appalling.. I went back with my friend who had her hair highlighted a few days before to complain. It was the worst highlighting job done that I have ever seen and her friends and husband also agreed..., she came out w a huge stripe of white grey and patches where they added ash toner, in top m in her after it was supposedly highlighted . No effort to cover her grey which she obviously went in to have done. She paid 200 dollars. I went in with her to complain and ask to have it redone. They , including the managers were very rude, and said that she would have to pay and blamed her for their error. They then ganged up in her in a bullying way and insulting her loudly in a public area . She was so shocked and so upset, I so I tried to defend her. We had to leave as it was so upsetting. There was no effort to fix her hair without her having to pay again. We got an opinion from another hairdresser salon and they agreed it was done so unprofessionally and were also shocked they were so rude. She lost her 200 dollars, they wouldn't fix it. She ended up having to pay another hairdresser salon to fix it. 👎👎👎👎👎

Excellent service and Sheena was amazing. The place was bright and clean. Sheena listened to what I was looking to do and even helped me out by not putting product in my hair for it wouldnt of been good for my bird to smell. Definetly will go again.

Dropped in last minute and Apryl snuck me in before her next appointment. Apryl cut my hair just the way I like it and it was done in less than 20 mins. This place has a great atmosphere. I will definitely be back for the next one.

I went for a fresher hair style. My husband and son came out with shampoo body wash and cologne that doesn't kill my asthma. I'll definitely travel the 4 hours to return.

Very friendly staff, nice clean welcoming space. My son's hair cut was not good. It was the day before school pictures so I was disappointed. His hair is uneven all the way around and top to bottom. Very nice girl, I think she felt bad. I won't return there for a boys cut.
